Custom Clogs
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made clogs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items. Please carefully review your order details (size, color, style, etc.) before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Jewelry and Accessories
We want you to love your new jewelry and accessories! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return Jewelry and Accessories
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Once your return request is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense.
- After we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (less any shipping fees, if applicable).

Important Notes
- Items marked as final sale or personalized/custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
