Custom Junk Cases are required for:
• Specific themes (Hello Kitty, etc.).
• Cases shown on the site.
• Extra junk add-ons.
• Cases based on a picture (must be uploaded).
• Final sale – No refunds.
• Each case is handmade and may not look exactly like the photos.
• We are not responsible for any items breaking after they are received.
How It Works:
1. Choose Your Case Size.
2. Describe Your Design:
• List theme, color scheme, and any text (name, zodiac sign, etc.).
• Upload a picture if you want a case based on a specific design.
• Choose extra junk add-ons if desired (additional fees may apply).
• Filler charms (pearls, rhinestones, small charms, etc.) are used, but you CANNOT pick exact ones.
3. I design and ship your case!

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or mail carrier. Any issues with delivery must be handled directly with USPS.

Custom Clogs & Junk Accessories
Due to the personalized nature of our Custom-made Clogs & Junk Accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items. Once an order is placed, THEMES and COLOR SCHEMES CANNOT BE CHANGED. Please Review your selections carefully before purchasing, (sizes,color,style,etc.) feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Jewelry
We want you to love your new jewelry! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return Jewelry
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Once your return request is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense.
- After we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (less any shipping fees, if applicable).

- Items marked as final sale or personalized/custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
